MAINE WEST HIGH SCHOOL - 2017 STEAM TO HOT WATER BOILER CONVERSION

TWO PHASE PROJECT CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING SCOPE:

-Replace existing steam boilers with new condensing hot water boilers

-Installation of new chiller plant

-Installation of new domestic water system, pool water boilers, pool HVAC system, auditorium and back of house HVAC system, and lower level track air handler

-Demolition of the existing steam system

-Electrical modifications to support the mechanical design
